Kaitlin is the Director and Occupational Therapist at Inspired Occupational Therapy.

My journey of being Occupational Therapist has been centred around my passion for working alongside people to create real and meaningful change in their lives.

I specialise in mental health, where I value understanding each person’s story and supporting them to build skills, confidence and independence in a way that feels right for them.

I aim to bring authenticity, compassion and practicality into my work, creating a space where people feel safe to explore, grow and move toward their goals.

I work from Duality & Co. on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
