Exclusive full-timer

(24/7 access to selected room)

$540 +GST per week

Approved use only – allied health or similar (to be approved by Lessor).
No subleasing allowed. Room can only be used by the tenant named on the leasing arrangement.
Notice period by Tenant: 4 weeks.
Notice period by Lessor: 4 weeks.
Bond of 4 weeks rent upfront is required.
Rent is paid at the beginning of each month.
Public holidays and leave periods are not exempt from rental payments.
Room use available Monday to Sunday.
